By downloading, installing, or using the Eleviy mobile application, or accessing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately uninstall and cease all use of our services.

2. Medical Disclaimer

Eleviy provides exercise guidance and diet tracking using AI algorithms. We are not a medical organization or licensed healthcare providers. You agree that:

• You should consult with a physician before starting any exercise program or dietary change.
• We make no guarantees regarding results or fitness outcomes.
• If you experience any physical pain, dizziness, or health complications, you must stop training immediately and consult a medical professional.

3. User Accounts

To use most features of Eleviy, you must register and create an account. You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately at support@eleviy.com of any unauthorized activity or security breaches on your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Eleviy offers premium subscription plans that grant access to enhanced AI features, macro cycle targets, and in-depth report analyses:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as selected during sign-up (e.g. monthly or annually).
• Razorpay Integration: Payment routing is managed securely via external gateways like Razorpay.
• Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time within your profile settings. Access will continue until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts our platform, including:

• Attempting to bypass security barriers or rate limiters on our API routes.
• Using web scrapers, spiders, or automated scripts to extract exercise database information or food logs.
• Uploading malicious scripts, files, or payload objects into the food picture or voice input features.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eleviy and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our fitness recommendations, diets, or workouts.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make updates, we will update the date at the top of this document. Your continued use of Eleviy after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
